Elham Dehghan Biyar received her BSc degree in Information Technology Engineering from Tabriz University, Iran in 2012. She completed her master degree in Computer Engineering at Istanbul Technical University (ITU), Turkey, in 2016 and she is currently a PhD candidate in Computer Engineering department at ITU. During summer of 2013, Elham interned at Cisco Network Expert center located in Tehran, Iran, where she worked on designing, planning, implementing, and optimizing wireless networks. Also she has worked on ascending and utilizing network infrastructure capacities as an Information Technology solutions Developer at Tabriz University’s IT Department. Currently she is a full-time researcher at ITU. Broadly speaking her research interests are Content Delivery Networks, Data Centers and Software Defined Networking.
